A. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENDER:

• Accurate Declaration: Declare accurately and fully the name, type, condition (new or damaged), and value of the goods on the front of the shipping label and related documents.
• Proper Packaging: Ensure that the goods are properly packaged to guarantee safety during transportation.
• Payment: Pay all fees in full no later than 7 days from the date of receiving the invoice.
• Documentation: Be responsible for ensuring that invoices and documents proving the origin of the goods are included during transportation.

B. RESPONSIBILITIES OF WESO FOR PURCHASED AND CONSIGNED GOODS:

The policy on responsibilities for goods through WESO's activities is implemented based on the terms of the selling websites and e-commerce platforms listed on WESO, and in compliance with Vietnamese law:

• Legality Check: Check the legality of the consigned parcels. If there are signs of - legal violations, WESO reserves the right to refuse service.
• Safety Assurance: Be responsible for ensuring the safety of the consigned parcels from the time of receipt until delivery to the recipient.
• Complaint Resolution: Handle complaints and compensate customers in accordance with the provisions in sections 5 and 6.
